With over 22 years of experience exclusively representing taxpayers before the IRS and State taxing authorities, Deborah provides her clients with decades of legal experience helping both individual and business clients solve their tax problems. Representation includes all aspects of Federal and New York State tax defense, including but not limited to audits, Tax Court litigation, defenses against tax liens, levies, Installment Agreements, Offers in Compromise as well as estate planning. Deborah frequently lectures and writes on a variety of topics related to federal and state tax laws and practice. She has also made appearances on local television and radio shows and was named in Business First’s “Who’s Who in the Law” and in New York State Super Lawyers for her expertise in Tax Practice. Deborah is also an Adjunct Professor of tax practice and procedure at the University at Buffalo Law School.
