Gordon C. Rhea is an accomplished litigator with over 35 years of experience representing individuals, businesses, and governments in civil and criminal matters.  Nationally, he has handled cases in Federal, state, and territorial courts.  He has handled several hundred trials, appeals, and mediations.

Mr. Rhea is a former Federal Prosecutor and current member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. He represents clients charged in Federal, State, and Territorial courts with a wide range of crimes, including tax and financial offenses.

Mr. Rhea has an extensive criminal law background.  He worked as an associate in one of Los Angeles’ top criminal defense firms; he prosecuted many cases as an Assistant United States Attorney in Washington, D.C. and in the United States Virgin Islands; and as a private practitioner he has represented many of criminal defendants charged with offenses ranging from first degree murder to sophisticated business and tax crimes.

More recently, Mr. Rhea has represented the chief financial officer of a prominent business partnership in a prosecution brought by the Criminal Tax Division of the Justice Department; a major commercial business in a tax prosecution brought by the Criminal Tax Division of the Justice Department; and a territorial Senator prosecuted by the Virgin Islands Office of the Attorney General.
