Ms. Schmidt is a partner at Andreozzi Bluestein LLP.  Ms. Schmidt received her B.A., summa cum laude, at the State University of New York at Buffalo, and went on to receive her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the College of William and Mary School of Law.

During law school, Ms. Schmidt worked as an extern with IRS Office of Chief Counsel in Richmond, VA and aided in the representation of a low income taxpayer through William and Mary’s Federal Tax Clinic. Further, Ms. Schmidt served as Articles Editor for William and Mary’s Business Law Review and was inducted into the legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi, during her final year of law school.  She received the John E. Donaldson Award for “Most Outstanding Tax Student” of her graduating class.

Ms. Schmidt began as a law clerk with Andreozzi Bluestein LLP after her first year of law school.  Since joining the Firm, Ms. Schmidt has demonstrated a commitment to pro bono work by assisting in the representation of low income clients through the Volunteer Lawyers Project.  Her concerted efforts with other attorneys at Andreozzi Bluestein LLP were recently recognized when our firm received the Law Firm Commitment Award from the ECBA Volunteer Lawyers Project in 2014.
