Mr. Faso is the Director of Business Development for Andreozzi Bluestein. He has over 25 years’ progressive professional experience in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Staffing, Recruitment, Sales and Business Development. In addition to an accounting career that included 5 years Big 4 experience, Ron worked as the Budget Director for a large multi facility healthcare institution in Buffalo, and co-founded a professional search firm in 2005 where he was instrumental in its expansion during his 12 years with the company.

Mr. Faso is responsible for developing, maintaining and integrating key strategic relationships with the firm’s referral partners, and prospective and current clients.
